Gah. The fellow M1 that I have been developing quite the crush on over the past month even legitimately likes rom coms. And holds every single door for women. And made sure I got home safely from the bars last weekend and got breakfast with me at 4am. And wants to go do the medical Spanish program in Costa Rica this summer like I do and wants to run for clinic manager next year like I do and is on the global health track here like I am. And he has the kindest eyes and most soothing voice. And he’s hilarious. And is going to be an incredible physician.
And…I’m about 99% certain that I’ve been totally friend-zoned. This is simply tragic :(
Meh. I’m pretty disappointed but then again, they say medcest is a bad idea. I’d be willing to risk the rumor mill and potential awkwardness later though for a shot at getting to know him better and potentially dating him. Pretty sure I shot myself in the foot on that one weeks ago though.
